The Transformation of African Agency in the 21st century

This workshop aims to make the point regarding the transformative phase experienced by African actors, discussing the most important processes and trends that are animating African politics. Through such discussions, we also aim to acknowledge the idiosyncrasies, limits, constraints and power competitions lying at the core, or lurking under the surface, of the different global partnerships of African local, national and regional actors.
