Simone Selva, tenure-track assistant professor in the Department of Humanities and Social Science, has been granted a 6-month Fulbright scholarship in the research scholar category by the Italian Fulbright Commission to join the Department of History at Harvard University upon invitation by Professor Charles S. Maier, Emeritus Professor of History at Harvard University. Since late February at Harvard Dr. Selva will embark on a new major project titled "Amidst Global Lenders and Borrowers: the Internationalisation of U.S. Financial Institutions in the Age of Global Finance”, based on a wide range of archival collections from across the globe including primary sources from business records held in the Baker Library at Harvard Business School.
