The Fourth EU-China-Forum for Young Lawyers & Symposium is dedicated to the topic "The New Landscape of the Rule of Law in the Digital Era"; distinguished scholars from Chinese Universities take part in the 2026 edition, which has two venues: Bielefeld (July 10th-11th, 2026) and Naples (July 17th, 2026). The Naples venue hosts many Chinese, UK and Italian scholars, which will be involved in a dialogue between EU and China on new technologies and private law topics.
