• Advanced linguistic studies in the languages of the programme, including their specialised varieties
• Courses on theories and techniques of specialised translation, translation technologies, emerging translation processes, language technologies, multilingual lexicology, and lexicography
• Study of intercultural and transcultural dynamics in translation processes
• Courses in AI ethics and law, European economic policy, and social media marketing

Practical and technical activities:

• Professional laboratories in computer-assisted translation (CAT) and post-editing
• Use of advanced translation technologies, including machine translation, electronic corpora, digital dictionaries, and databases
• Development of computational skills and exploration of generative artificial intelligence applications
• Professional traineeships at institutions, companies, and agencies operating in the fields of translation, languages, and communication

The programme provides an updated, interdisciplinary training path, preparing graduates to meet the evolving demands of the translation and language services sector in the digital era.

Depending on the chosen curriculum, the programme prepares graduates for the following roles:

• Specialised translators, with advanced proficiency in two foreign languages chosen from: English, French, German, Spanish, Russian, and Arabic
• Language consultants, with advanced proficiency in one foreign language, able of managing complex projects and technologies for multilingual language services
