The University of Naples “L’Orientale” promotes the exchange between business culture and the academic world, facilitating the integration of its students into the professional world through an extensive network of accredited companies.
The primary goal of Placement is to enhance the mediation between the university and the labour market, especially from a qualitative perspective. We aim to facilitate and speed up the encounter between graduates and companies, fostering the connection between supply and demand through the online sharing of job offers and by aligning business needs with the skills, experiences, and attitudes of students/graduates.
It is a fast tool which aims at selecting the most suitable candidates for the professional profiles that are sought. The service is available to graduating students, graduates and students with a diploma from the courses and the postgraduate programmes of the University L’Orientale. There is no cost for employers, as the University intends to support and facilitate the entry of its graduates into the labour market.
We also offer career guidance services and initiatives to graduates and companies, ranging from assistance with job search techniques to meetings with various professional sectors.

The University of Naples “L’Orientale” supports companies in job placement services in two ways:
1. It acts as a promoter of extracurricular internships, reserved for our graduates. To learn about how to request the activation of an internship, visit this page.
2. It manages Job Placement services through an online platform. Below are all the details on how to access the service.
The Job Placement service of the Career Service at "L'Orientale" provides valuable support in selecting graduates. It’s easy to use and it is also:
- free of charge;
- accessible to all registered graduates;
- designed for both job positions and internships for training and career guidance;
- automated and traceable.
Companies must register, but while waiting to receive accreditation from our office, they can proceed with publishing their job listings. Once the listing is approved and made visible by our team, all graduates who are interested in the offer can apply by directly sending their CV to the company with a simple click.
Every time a graduate applies for a position, the company receives an e-mail with the candidate’s CV and cover letter. It is also possible to manage all received applications directly online, using filters, assigning a score to each CV and, at the end of the process, exporting all selected CVs to the company’s computer.
Registration
To use our placement support services, registration is required (Law 183 of 04/11/10). The platform allows you to:
· search the database for graduates most suited to your needs;
· post a job or internship listing.
